Light and subtle aromas of strawberry and creamy rice with a mineral, crisp and dry structure and mild body. Acidity seems pronounced due to the dryness but, when warmed, acidity mellows and notes of fresh grass, vanilla and oats develop. Simple and easy-to-drink.

Based on 10 different teas. Hibiscus, white teas and black teas. Comfortably bitter and dry, due to the hibiscus tea, which acts like the shell of a grape, providing colour and slight bitterness. Discrete notes of wild berries and mint. All softened by the white teas, and complimented by the carefully adjusted bubbles.

Lightly wooded fruit aromas of apple and exotic banana.Floral hints of rose and jasmine. Sweet mouthfeel with round fruity apple and raisin flavours and a hint of butterscotch. Crisp with a little kick from the spirit at the end.

This winter-only blend is available between November and March. Blending spiced Chai and Earl Grey teas with Riesling wine gives a complex gingerbread and citrus impression, with a balance between restrained sweetness and tea tannin. Surely one of the most delicious and ‘grown up’ low alcohol drinks in existence! Fantastic on its own, it also forms the basis for some beautiful cocktails.

Aged in Allier oak barrels that were rescued from a modern day shipwreck - these came ashore at Branscombe beach in containers protected from sea water by Bibles in the Zulu language. The distillery bought some as an experiment - the effect of Allier oak is subtle, and this has added a pleasing sophisticated oak finish to this fine Somerset Brandy.

Brilliant, clear with silver highlights. Exuberant floral scent with notes of rose and jasmine, with a hint of candied citrus peel. On the palate, it is appetizing, full and round, even creamy, with a long and persistent aftertaste.

Typical and elegant. Before tasting, Grappa should be allowed to rest in the glass for some minutes: on exposure to oxygen the perfumes are enhanced and the nose/palate harmony is perfected.

Made in the heart of the Pays d'Auge, this is VSOP Calvados is single-distilled in an antique copper column still then aged for an average of eight years in Limousin oak casks.

Crystal clear with opening mineral aromas that leads on to an aromatic, grapey bouquet, typical of Pisco. The palate is off-dry to semi sweet with flavours of ripe grapes, nectarines and tangerines with a long finish.
